To achieve this, we implemented a lead scoring system that sorts and ranks leads based on over 70 customised criteria, including demographics, contact information, company information, and more. Additionally, our contact segmentation strategy provided a comprehensive overview of all contacts within the CRM, allowing marketers to execute targeted campaigns. Finally, we developed custom dashboards that enable managers to monitor and analyse performance based on business KPIs easily.

Since all user acquisition channels were digital, we mapped out an attribution flow that allowed deal/lead traceability to a single platform/campaign. This allowed greater visibility along the pipeline and highlighted channel performance. Furthermore, to improve the ease of workflow, third-party integrations with platforms like PandaDoc were added that allowed ready-to-use templates that could be added to quotes and contracts with a single click.
