We addressed issues such as manual workflows, insufficient data, and lack of visibility by optimising Access Infinity's HubSpot account. Our approach involved creating an automated engine that facilitates the movement of leads through the funnel. To achieve this, we implemented a lead scoring system that sorts and ranks leads based on over 70 customised criteria, including demographics, contact information, company information, and more. Additionally, our contact segmentation strategy provided a comprehensive overview of all contacts within the CRM, allowing marketers to execute targeted campaigns.
